وجاء ذلك في البيان الصادر عن مديرية شرطة المحافظة، والتي أفادت فيه أن “طفلة قُتلت في حي القاهرة في الجانب الأيسر من مدينة الموصل”.
وأوضح البيان، بأن “الحادث جنائي والقاتل ابن عم الطفلة مختل عقلياً يبلغ عمره ٢٠ سنة هو الجاني الذي ارتكب جريمة قتلها”، مشيراً إلى، أنه “تم القبض عليه والمباشرة بالتحقيق واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بالحادث”.
هذا ولم يذكر البيان أية تفاصيل أخرى عن الحادث، غير أن الطفلة هي فاطمة أشرف يونس من مدينة الموصل حي القاهرة، اختطفت بعد الفطور، ليتم العثور عليها مقتولة في نفس الحي.
مختل عقليا ،مريض نفسي ، أليس من المفترض يوجد مكان لهم اسمه المصح الامراض العقلية والنفسية ؟؟
