The training aims to develop the skills of cultural actors in Yemen in how to manage cultural entities, and to know the steps and tools needed to build strategic plans for these entities. Training focuses mainly on several key axes such as plan building, finance, communication, promotion and PR, production and budgeting.
This training comes within the Yemeni context based on cultural reality and its challenges, and we are using examples and examples of the work of the Bisment Cultural Foundation.
Training is carried out for two days via electronic platform, mainly targeting cultural actors, artists, workers in the cultural sector, who are interested in creating cultural entities, and who are generally interested in the cultural field.

About the coach:
Shaima Jamal, 28 years old, CEO of Bisment Cultural Foundation. She has more than eight years of experience in managing art programs in Yemen. Her approach is to integrate culture as an instrument of social change and development. Consultant in technical programs in Yemen to many international and local organizations. She has received several courses in cultural administration in Britain, Lebanon, and Egypt.
