مبادرة "المنصة حقها" هي مبادرة حقوقية توعوية تهدف لدعم الفتيات ومكافحة التمييز فيما يتعلق بقضية حرمان المرأة المصرية من تولي القضاء. تؤمن بأهمية اعتلاء المرأة المنصة ومدي انعكاس ذلك على المؤسسات القضائية خصوصا وعلى المجتمع وقضية التنمية عموما، ومدي أهمية ذلك في تعزيز سيادة دولة القانون، وترسيخ مفهوم الحيادية والاستقلال للسلطة القضائية والتزامها بنصوص الدستور والقانون الذي أقسم أعضائها على احترامه واعلائه على ما سواه.
“HerHonorSettingTheBar” is an awareness righteous initiative, aiming to support female law graduates and ending discrimination through banning Egyptian women from being judges. The Initiative believes in the importance of having women judges sitting on the bar and its impact on the judicial authorities specifically, the whole society and development generally as well as its importance in strengthening the rule of law, impartiality and independence of the judicial authorities.
