يستعرض هذا الفيديو تفاصيل أزمة فتاة مصرية تخرجت بتقدير امتياز مع مرتبة الشرف عام 2013، وتقدمت هى وعشرات الفتيات لشغل وظيفة "مندوب مساعد" بمجلس الدولة وتفاجئت بقرار من المجلس برفض قبول أوراق الخريجات مما جعلها تتجه لإتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية تجاه هذا القرار. عدة دقائق تسرد فيها الدكتورة " أمنية جادالله" مؤسسة المنصة حقها مشوار سنوات تسعى فيه هى وأقرانها لتحقيق ذاتهن ولم يفقدن الأمل فى الحصول على كافة حقوقهم التى أقرها الدستور والقانون المصري.

"Her Honor Setting The Bar" is an initiative that combats the banning of Egyptian women from being judges.

the video explores the story of an Egyptian female law graduate with the grade of excellent and honor 2013. she along with other female law graduates applied to join the bench of the State Council, however, they got shocked by utter refusal to their applications by the competent officials which constitutes a detrimental discrimination. accordingly, she refused to remain silent and took all the necessary steps for claiming her rights and started her Initiative "Her Honor Setting The Bar". Omnia tells her story throughout the past 6 years and her endeavors in this regard as a tangible reflection for her strong believes in the rule of law, justice, equal opportunity and equality.
