Omnia Taher Gadallah Wins the Justita Award by Women in Law Initiative – Austria, The Justitia Awards honor outstanding female laureates of the legal professions from around the world.
وكان من ضمن المرشحات هذا العام، اول رئيسة للمحكمة الدستورية العليا في النمسا، ونائبة رئيس محكمة العدل للاتحاد الاوروبي، واساتذة جامعيين في ارقي جامعات حول العالم ومحاميات رائدات وغيرهن
Among the candidates this year were the first female president of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Austria, the vice-president of the Court of Justice of the European Union, professors at some of the most prestigious universities around the world, renowned lawyers and others.
أمنية طاهر جاد الله هي محاضر مساعد في كلية الحقوق والشريعة بجامعة الأزهر، وباحثة ماجستير في جامعة الأزهر ومؤسسة مبادرة المنصة حقها في عام 2014 ، لمحاربة حظر تعيين النساء المصريات كقاضيات.
حصلت على لقب "قائد المستقبل" من قبل وزارة الشؤون الخارجية الفرنسية – 2019 تقديراً لمساعيها في تأسيس مبادة المنصة حقها، وعضو في الرابطة الدولية للقاضيات- الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، وعضو فخري وممثلة مصر في صوت المرأة في جميع أنحاء العالم.
Omnia Taher Gadalla is Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Sharia, Al-Azhar University. She is Master’s researcher at Al-Azhar University and Founder of Her Honor Setting the Bar Initiative in 2014, to fight the ban of appointing Egyptian women as judges.
Omnia got selected as a “Future Leader” by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs – 2019 as an acknowledgement and appreciation for her endeavors in “Her Honor setting The Bar”. A Member of International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) – USA, Voice of Women Worldwide (VOWW) and its honorary member and Egyptian Representative.
تخرجت أمنية في عام 2013 من كلية الحقوق وجامعة الشريعة الأزهر ، مع مرتبة الشرف. احتلت المرتبة الثانية في دفعتها. حصلت على أول ماجستير في القانون من جامعة عين شمس، في القانون التجاري الدولي. درست دورة القانون الدولي الخاص في أكاديمية لاهاي للقانون الدولي في يوليو 2018.
Omnia graduated in 2013 from the Faculty of Law and Sharia-Al-Azhar University, with honors. She ranked second amongst her class. She obtained her first LLM from Ain Shams University in International Trade Law. She studied Private International Law Course at The Hague Academy of International Law July 2018.
