قبيلة تحكمها المرأة والرجل فيها لادور له سوى الطاعة لحكم النساء تلك هي حياة قبيلة ال " موسو" مجتمع صغير تحكمه المرأة, وليس للرجال دور سياسي فيها سوى الطاعة لحكم النساء اللواتي اثبتن قدرتهن على ادارة شؤون هذه القبيلة.
والقبيلة تعيش على ضفاف بحيرة لوغو بالقرب من حدود مقاطعتي يونان وزيتشوان الصينيتين، تدير شؤونها وفق النظام الاجتماعي الأمومي، وهو المجتمع الذي تحكمه الإناث فقط .وهي عقيدة سياسية توارثتها القبيلة منذ القدم جعلت المرأة هي الحاكم الفعلي فيها .
فالمرأة هي من يقوم بالأدوار المركزية في القيادة السياسية والسيادية، والمسؤولة عن الممتلكات، وهي من يفصل في مسائل النسب والوراثة، ما جعل البعض يطلق عليها اسم "مملكة النساء"، أما الرجال فلهم دور ثانوي ومهمّش.
ولا يُسمح للرجال بالسكن في بيوت النساء، إنما يأتون لزيارتهم في الليل فقط، حتى إن لغتهم لا تحتوي على كلمة "أب".
بلغ قبيلة "موسو" ما بين ثلاثين وخمسين ألف فرد، والمرأة هي الحاكم والمالك الوحيد في العائلة، يبلغ عدد قبيلة موسو مايقارب أربعين الفا وعند الموت تنتقل جميع الممتلكات من الأم إلى بناتها فقط وليس للذكور أي نصيب في الإرث سواء في الممتلكات أو في النقود،
حتى إن الرجال في حال رغب أيٌّ من النساء فهم لا يغادرون بيوت أمهاتهمم بل يبقون فيها ويعود الرأي للنساء بالبقاء في بيوتهن أو الانتقال معهم عند أمهاتهم.
وعند إنجاب الأولاد فإنهم يعيشون ويحملون أسماء أمهاتهم، فليس للآباء حق في حضانة أي منهم مهما كانت الظروف؛ لذا فإنه لا توجد أي قيمة أو معنى للزواج عند هذه القبيلة، وبات الرجل وسيلة لإنجاب الأطفال لا أكثر
ولا يسمح للرجال التدخل بالشؤون الحياتية هناك حيث همش الرجال في هذه القبيلة على مدار السنين وليس لهم دور لا في القبيلة ولا العائلة أيضاً حيث لا يعرف عن عقود الزواج هناك شيء ولا يوجد حتى كلمة بمعنى أب حيث يعتبر الرجل أداة لإنجاب الأطفال فقط.
لا يحق لرجال في قبيلة موسو المبيت في بيوت النساء إلا بعد الإذن لهم بذلك، كما أن الزواج في هذه القبيلة غير معروف أو موجود أيضاً حيث كل ما على الرجل فعله هو القدوم ليلاً إلى منازل النساء وهي من تقبل أو ترفض دخوله، ولا ينسب الأطفال المولدون حديثاً لآبائهم بل لأمهاتهم.
تعود كل الأموال المحصلة من الميراث إلى الفتيات اللواتي يتحكمن بها بعد ممات أمهاتهم ولا يحق للرجل التملك كالبيوت والأراضي، والغريب في هذا المجتمع الصغير انه لا وجود لجرائم السرقة والاغتصاب والتحرش ولا حتى مشاكل حقوق المرأة المطالب بها عالمياً ولا معنى لكلمات مثل الحروب أو السجون أو القتل حتى. وحتى الرجال خاضعون لمصيرهم خضوع نساء المشرق العربي , ولايفكر الرجال مطلقا بحقوق الأنسان !
ويعبر رجال قبيلة "الموسو" عن سعادتهم لتسليمهم المرأة زمام الأمور في القبيلة، لا لتفوقها الجسدي بل لتقدير أصيل و عميق لخصائصها الإنسانية وقواها الروحية وقدراتها الخالقة وإيقاع جسدها المتوافق مع إيقاع الطبيعة. فإضافة إلى عجائب جسدها الذي بدا للإنسان القديم مرتبطاً بالقدرة الإلهية ، كانت بشفافية روحها أقدر على التوسط بين عالم البشر و عالم الآلهة. لذلك فهم يحترمون القوانين التي سنها مجتمعهم.
ولا توجد لديهم أية نية للتمرد أو تغير قوانين حكم القبيلة. وهو الأمر نفسه الذي تشاركهم فيه الحكومة الصينية، حيث اعربت في كثير من المرات عن عدم رغبتها في التدخل للتغير قوانين هذا المجتمع

Men in the Musso tribe are not entitled to sleep in women's homes until they are authorized, and marriage in this tribe is unknown or also exist where all men have to do is come to women's homes and she accepts or refuses to enter Newborn babies are not attributed to their parents, but to their mothers.
All inheritance money belongs to girls who control it after their mothers die and men are not entitled to own like houses and lands, and strange in this small community that there are no crimes of theft, rape, harassment, not even problems of women's rights It has universal meaningless words like wars, prisons, or even murder.
