لطالما سمعنا عن نظرية المعلمة القاسية لأنها ليست ام، وان المرأة لا تصلح ان تعمل في حضانة او روضة اذا لم تكن ام، او زوجة الاب التي لم تنجب سابقا انها غير مؤهلة لرعاية ابناء زوجها.
لكن الحقيقة عكس ذلك , فأذا كان الطفل الغريب الذي ليس لديك اي صلاحية للتحكم فيه ولديه ام واب يراقبون تصرفاتك معه ويستطيعون ان يشتكوا عليك او يرفعوا دعوى من شأنها ان تذهبك في مهب الريح مع ذلك اسأت معاملته وقسوتي عليه, وكل هذا فهو عملك الذي تأخذين مقابل عليه تعيشين وتقتاتين منه , فكيف يمكن ان تؤتمني على طفل يعتمد اعتماد كلي عليك وليس لديه منجى وملجأ الا اليك وليس لديه صوت او علم او عقل كي يطالب بحقه اذا تهاونت معه او قمت بأيذائه ,كيف؟
كيف وهو واجبك الذي لا تأخذين اي مقابل عليه بل انت مضطرة للعمل تحت الضغوط من اجل توفير الحياة الكريمة لهذا الطفل.فأذا كنت مربية فاشلة فما الذي يجعلك تظنين انك ستكونين ام صالحة؟
