In the Palestinian city Ramallah, a 12-year-old girl rushed to a neighbor's house for help, and asked them to go to her area of residence to tell them the details of what's going on with her, to find out that a young man comes with Repeatly to her apartment, tie her brothers and lock them in a room, then sexually assault her.

In the details, after neighbours realized the fact they found it difficult to tell the child's father about the repeated sexual assaults on his daughter, but the shocking was the involvement of the father and son in these sexual assaults of the girl child.

Today, the Palestinian Attorney General, Akram Al-Khatib, issued a decision prohibiting the publication of any statements or news related to the issue of rape of a girl child in Ramallah province; in the interests of the girl child, and according to the confidentiality of investigation procedures.

The Attorney General is aware that crime is very heinous, and may be concerned about the media's curiosity and trying to get and spread the girl child's information, but is this procedure fair? Who guarantees us criminals get the maximum penalty? Who guarantees us that the safe house that the child was relocated to is able to protect and heal her wounds? And why is the investigation undercover? This is a crime with no motives or justification but absolute brutality.

The scandal should be for criminals, we demand that their identity be revealed and exposed.
