تظلم غرام بسيوني، احدي خريجات كليات الحقوق 2019 بتاريخ 26 يناير 2020 بشأن حرمانها وحرمان كافة خريجات كليات القانون من التقديم للنيابة العامة لأولي درجات السلم القضائي رغم كفائتهن، واقضائهن لا لسبب سوي كونهن "خريجات" وحرمانهن من حقوقهن التى أقرها الدستور والمعاهدات الدولية ????
First complaint by Gharam Bassuiny – female law graduate 2019, regarding banning her along with other female graduates form applying to the Public Prosecution to get appointed as judges as their male counterparts and being deprived from their constitutional rights regardless having palpable constitutional articles and ratified international conventions.
تتبني مبادرة المنصة حقها وتعلن مبادرة دعمها الكامل للدعوي المرفوعة وكافة خطوات الخريجات المستقبلية للحصول علي حقوقهن المكفولة دستورا وقانونا.
HerHonorSettingTheBar Initiative adopts and declares its total supports to Ms. Gharam’s case before the State Council challenging the negative administrative decision of the State Council by which she was deprived from submitting her documents for holding the judicial position as her male colleagues. Such a decision violates the Constitution – Articles (11), (53), (9), (11), legalizing discrimination, challenging the society and the rule of law!
HerHonorSettingTheBar Initiative adopts and declares its total support to the filed case and all the future endeavors of female graduates to obtain their constitutional rights.
