بالرغم من جميع المحاولات للتقليل من قدرات المرأة في القيادة الا أن المرأة تثبت نفسها يوماً بعد يوم و تضع الأدلة و البصمات على أنها قادرة على القيادة بدءاً من قيادة منزلها و عملها و حتى قيادة شعوب بأكملها !
كم من السيدات مرت عليكم قمن بتربية أطفالهن لوحدهن بعد غياب الزوج أو وفاته و قامت بعملها كأم و بالعمل الوظيفي و أستطاعت أن تنجح بمفردها؟
كم من الرجال أستطاع تحمل مسؤولية العمل و البيت بدون زوجة لتربي أطفاله؟!
#القيادية صفة لا تتجزأ من شخصية كل امرأة سليمة العقل و الضمير، هي قادرة على النجاح و بالرحمة التي تملئ قلبها لن تترك شعبها يعاني !
أما سيدات البرلمان الحالي هن لم يرغبن بتلك الكراسي للقيادة و أنما رغبن بالكراسي من اجل الربح المادي و الأنقياد بأجندات حزبية تفرضها عليهم قيادات ذكورية و فاسدة.
Despite all attempts to reduce women's leadership abilities, women prove themselves day by day and put evidence and fingerprints that they are able to drive from leading their home and work to leading entire peoples!
How many ladies have passed away who raised their children alone after the husband's absence or death and did her job as a mother and job and managed to succeed alone?
How many men could take responsibility for work and home without a wife to raise their children?!
#Leadership is an integral characteristic of every woman who is healthy and conscious, she is able to succeed and with compassion that fills her heart will not let her people suffer!
The women of the current parliament did not want those chairs to drive, but they wanted chairs for financial profit and pandemic with party agenda imposed by corrupt and male leaders.
